PROVIDING ACT'S LEADERSHIP

President :  Bud Carmichael,  President, Owner and Operater of C & R Trailer Repair, Inc.  Bud brings a wealth of knowledge in business management and public relations.

Vice President:  David Parrish, EPA,  President of the Achievement Center of Texas Parent Association and advocate for the needs of consumers.

Secretary:  Andrew Sheffield, Community Volunteer  

Treasurer: Jo-Anne Hickey   JoAnne Hickey is a CPA providing ACT with assistance and leadership in the areas of finance and accounting and secretarial support.

>Executive Director: Marilynne R. Serie
Marilynne has been the Executive Director for the Achievement Center of Texas for over 20 years.  She holds a degree in Child Development and has over 26 years experience in the development and management of programs for children and adults with special needs.  She holds the Margaret Cone Award for outstanding work in the field of early childhood education given by the Dallas Association for the Education of Young Children (DAEYC).
